The ALS Association's National ALS Advocacy Day and Public Policy conference is making a difference, and clearly demonstrates the power each of us has to change the world. That is why we, at the Georgia Chapter, hope you will join us for the 2008 conference which will take place in Washington, DC on May 11-13. The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Atlanta
"Tour of Spain”
Wine Pairing Benefit Dinner
On Saturday, May 10, upper-level bachelors degree students in the culinary arts management program will create a special “Tour of Spain” dinner. This five-course dinner paired with three wines will feature the indigenous ingredients and national dishes of sunny Spain.
Partial proceeds will go to the ALS Association of Georgia in memory of Kevin Duffy, CEPC, CCE, AAC, former assistant chef director at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Atlanta.
A silent auction will be held from 6 to 7 pm, with dinner service at 7 pm.
