PATIENT SERVICES:

Their families and caregivers may need assistance with the daily tasks of life to lighten their work load and give them respite from the stressful responsibility of caring for a loved one 24 hours a day. The volunteer would provide an additional point of contact and a support system for ALS patients through the use of visits, phone calls and emails Currently patients are requesting volunteers in: Stone Mountain and Atlanta (South Fulton)
Patient Match Share your experiences with ALS with a newly diagnosed patient or caregiver. The volunteer would check in with their match to provide information and emotional support. Volunteers must have had at least one year of experience with ALS to participate.
