ALS Clinic Dates

What Happens at an ALS Clinic?

An ALS Clinic provides a multidisciplinary approach to care. At the clinic you will see a number of specialists, including but not limited to the following:

  • The Physician
  • The Clinical Nurse
  • Respiratory Therapist
  • Nutritionist
  • Speech and Language Pathologist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Physical Therapist
  • Social Worker

Various vendors are also present to assist in equipment needs and questions.  After clinic all the specialist have a conference to collaborate care. The patient Service Providers of The ALS Association of Georgia also attend and carry out follow up with patients after their visit.
